Ceremonies Weekend on March 31

Hello all,

This upcoming weekend I will be hosting a ceremonies weekend for Arrowmen to attend. We will be team bonding, teaching how to practice, ceremony run-throughs, and other activities. If you can only stay for a while that would still be great. There is a cost and it is $10 which covers all the food for the weekend. We will be starting on Saturday around 8 am.

If you would like to stay for the weekend, we will be staying at the Utica Campsite. Please walk up to the campsite from the Howard Lodge parking lot. Please arrive around 6 pm on Friday night so we can have everyone a bed and safe. Please eat before you come as there will not be a cracker barrel.  Anyone with an interest in ceremonies is welcome to attend.

If you have any questions please ask me. Hope to see you there!

Spring Ordeal Recap

Congratulations to the forty-seven new brothers inducted this past weekend at Spring Ordeal, and thank you to the over fifty Arrowmen who attended and helped out. Projects completed included safety improvements to the nature trail such as replacing worn out trail pavers and improving trails between campsites.

We had three brothers seal their membership by going through the Brotherhood ceremony. Brotherhood membership may be obtained at any weekend lodge event.

The Vigil Honor class of 2016 completed the Vigil ceremony. The Vigil Honor is the highest honor that a lodge may bestow upon one of its members, and a limited number of recipients are selected by the lodge each year.

Ordeal Candidates will have one more opportunity this year to complete their Ordeal on August 18-20.

Event Registration Open

All event registrations for 2017 are now open! Registration is available on the calendar page.

Do not forget to pay your lodge dues for only $15. Your payment of lodge dues each year allows you to attend OA functions, wear the OA flap proudly on your uniform, and helps to fund lodge program for the year.

Lodge Dues 2018

The 2017 Lodge Event Pass was sold for only $75! This pass covers the cost of the ordeals, fellowships, and winter banquet for the year. The pass may only be purchased prior to the first event included, Spring Ordeal, in March.

The 2017 Lodge Event Pass is no longer available. Purchase one for 2018 when they go on sale.

Please be aware the pass does not cover lodge dues, Klondike Derby, Indian Winter, or Heartland Gathering. You must pre-register before each lodge event for food and planning purposes, but you will not owe an event fee.
